1998 1998 USP-D was founded based upon the desire to offer personnel development at its best. The company founders, Manuel Ster and Petra Schulte, along with their consultant colleagues, see the interaction between organizational development and personnel development as an opportunity for quality.
1998-2002 USP-D expands from Austria into the Central and Eastern European regions. The USP-D team grows to include international consultants, and establishes itself among customers as a specialist for personnel diagnostics and group coaching programs.

2000 Starting in 2000, USP-D develops the 360 Degree Feedback with excellent interpretive quality. The technology of the 360 Degree Feedback as well as the processing of its results remain a consistent focus in order to grow this personnel development measure for individuals into a stimulus for entire organizations.

2003 Since 2003, USP-D has focused its growth additionally toward Asia, North, and Latin America. Personnel diagnostics and group coaching for European corporations allow for regional implementation with a European approach.

2009 2009 USP-D Deutschland Consulting GmbH in Düsseldorf is founded with Jürgen Schmidt. From here on, we begin providing leadership diagnostics and leadership development to German corporations as well as small and medium-sized businesses.

2013 2013 USP-D in Germany and Austria gains a new structure. Manuel Ster departs the company at the end of 2012. Petra Schulte is now the executive director and owner of the newly defined USP-D Consulting GmbH in Austria.

2015 In December 2015, USP-D Deutschland Consulting GmbH is now lead by its executive board, Carmen Klann und Petra Schulte.

2016 2016 The name’s program and its focus are explicitly expressed: USP Leadership Experts is considered a quality statement for Leadership Diagnostics and Leadership Development. USP Leadership Experts aim for leadership quality and effectiveness.
- 2018 2018 We are excited about two accomplishments: we consider the differentiation and standardization phase that began in 2012/2013 to be successfully completed. Structures that support continued building of competencies and further professionalization are easily recognizable. A wish that became ever more apparent was fulfilled: a little dose of our chili pepper with its unmistakable spice has returned.
